do i need to be home?
no. most clients leave a key or building code. we come in, handle everything, lock up. you come home to a clean apartment. that's usually the preferred version.
will i get the same cleaner each time?
we can't guarantee the same cleaner every time, but we do our best. every cleaner on our team is trained to the same standard — so whoever shows up, the result is the same.
what products do you use?
we use non-toxic, eco-conscious products — safe for kids, pets, and anyone with sensitivities. we bring everything. if you have a preference for your own products, just let us know and we'll use what you've got.
what's the difference between the standard and the deep?
the standard is maintenance cleaning — your home is lived in and we keep it consistently right. the deep goes further: inside appliances, baseboards, behind furniture, light fixtures. first-time clients sometimes start with a deep, then move to standard. we'll flag it if we think you need it.
can i book just once, or is this recurring only?
both. one-time works just fine. if you want to set a cadence — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — you'll get a discount automatically. no pressure either way.
how do i add extras like inside fridge or oven?
add them at booking — inside oven $50, inside fridge $50, inside cabinets $65. one-time or recurring, your call. or just note it when you book and we'll sort it.
