  • only for recurring plans. one-time cleans are quote-and-go — no agreement needed. for recurring service, we use a simple agreement outlining scope, schedule, and pricing — it protects both sides and is required for COI filings with most buildings. contracts run an initial 3-month term, then continue month-to-month. cancel or pause anytime after with 30 days written notice.

  • yes. one-time cleans work as a trial or a standalone reset — no contract, no commitment. most clients start with a one-time clean and move to recurring after they see the difference. request a quote and tell us it's a trial.

  • yes. most clients prefer evenings, early mornings, or weekends so the clean happens around your team, not through it. we coordinate access with your office manager or building.

  • yes. our team arrives fully equipped with professional tools and non-toxic, eco-conscious products. no scent bombs, no harsh chemicals, no cart chaos.
