If we cannot access the property, the appointment is treated as a same-day cancellation.

We ask that surfaces be reasonably clear of excessive clutter.
For Deep or Move services that include interior cabinets or appliances, those areas must be emptied prior to arrival.

Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional tools and products.
Postpartum services use fragrance-free products.

We prioritize effective, eco-friendly products. Fragrance-free options are used for Postpartum services.
If you have sensitivities, please note them at booking.

We do not issue refunds in place of re-cleans.

We move light, accessible furniture only. We do not lift heavy items or disassemble appliances.

Pets must be secured or safely contained during service.

You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty.
