    If you're unsure, The Deep™ is usually the safest choice.

  • Most Standard cleans take 2–5 hours.
    Deep and Move cleans typically take 3–7 hours depending on size and condition.

    We schedule arrival windows to ensure reliability across NYC.

  • No. As long as access is clearly provided, you do not need to be present.

    If we cannot access the property, the appointment is treated as a same-day cancellation.

  • We ask that surfaces be reasonably clear of excessive clutter.

    For Deep or Move services that include interior cabinets or appliances, those areas must be emptied prior to arrival.

  • Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional tools and products.

    Postpartum services use fragrance-free products.

  • We prioritize effective, eco-friendly products. Fragrance-free options are used for Postpartum services.

    If you have sensitivities, please note them at booking.

  • Notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the specific area.

    We do not issue refunds in place of re-cleans.

  • If the condition significantly differs from what was selected at booking, we may adjust pricing or recommend upgrading to The Deep™ or The Move™.

  • We move light, accessible furniture only. We do not lift heavy items or disassemble appliances.

  • Pets must be secured or safely contained during service.

  • You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty.

    Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to fees outlined in our policy.

  • We do not offer construction-level cleans. The Standard, Deep, and Move services are not designed for active renovation cleanup.

  • Yes. All services are prepaid at booking to secure your time slot.
